All products from The Jolly Post are digital downloads.
Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive:

  • A download link directly on the order confirmation page, and/or

  • An email containing your download instructions.

Please make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout to ensure successful delivery.

2. Delivery Time

Most digital products are available immediately after purchase.
In some cases (for example, pre-orders or custom items), delivery instructions will be clearly stated on the product page.

Because our products are digital and instantly accessible, we generally cannot offer refunds or exchanges after the files have been downloaded.
However, if you experience any technical issues or receive the wrong file, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll make it right.
